Imported from Turkey. Usually 7 strings, two courses of 2, one course of 3. Tied, movable frets. Soft case included. They are all individually made and will vary slightly but are approximately 38-40 inches L x 9-10 inches W x 10-11 inches D. Wood coloring and decorations may vary from the photograph. *NOTE* Please expect the high gloss finish on the Turkish Saz to show dimples in the light. A perfectly smooth, unblemished, finish is nearly impossible to obtain with the technology employed in the Old-World finish process. These are handmade and such dimples are common and unavoidable.
